SCHEDULE FOR THE WEEK!

Monday – Symphonic Band - All  4:00 – 5:30 pm.  No Color Guard
Tuesday – Wind Ensemble 4:00 – 5:30 pm
Wednesday – Wind Ensemble 4:00 – 5:00 pm
Thursday – Fall Concert at 7:00 pm in the Auditorium.
Friday – Off

CONCERT INFORMATION

NEW FOR THIS CONCERT – E-TICKET REQUIRED!!

The concert is FREE, but all family and friends must reserve a seat by getting an e-ticket in advance athttps://www.showtix4u.com/event-details/41835.  We will have ushers at the concert to help you find your seat if you need it.  There are approximately 350 seats available for 125 groups  Band students do not need an e-ticket. Please contact me at [email protected] if you need assistance.  Online ticketing will close 2 hours prior to the event at 5:00 pm on Thursday, November 5th.   Anyone without a ticket will be seated at 6:55 pm if there are remaining seats so it’s very important to reserve your tickets in advance. 
 
Concert Time:  7:00 pm
Seating begins at 6:30 for those that have tickets and for 6:55 first come for anyone without a ticket.

Students should arrive by 6:15 pm in their concert attire (no changing at school unless it has been approved by a director in advance)
Concert attire for students is our standard concert uniform (Tuxedo shirt, full tuxedo, black socks, black shoes, cummerbund and bowtie for guys and concert dress with black close-toed dress shoes for ladies.

​Our next fundraiser starts this month! We will be selling premium sheet sets, towel sets, and pillows from Simply Sheets.
Sheet sizes include King, Queen, Full, Twin, XL Twin, California King and Split King. Pillows are available in Standard and King sizes. Towels come in 6-piece sets and 2-piece bath sheet sets.
All sheet sets, pillows, and towel sets are $40. Sets of extra pillowcases are $12. Prices include shipping and handling.
Online ordering is also available for your out-of-town family and friends, for a price of $49.50 per set (includes the shipping cost).
Any student who sells at least 12 sets of sheets, towels, or a combination of both will receive their choice of a free $10 VISA gift card or a free set of sheets/towels!
Watch for sales packets that include order forms, a color chart, and swatches of sheets and towels to be available for students to pick up in band class soon. 
All orders will be due by December 1, 2020 to guarantee Christmas delivery.
