Volunteers still needed for All-State

We still need volunteers for All State this Friday evening and Saturday! Please use Charms to sign up.  Our current need is for the registration tables. Some instruments will have more students than others and their registration will last longer, so the shifts have been split. If you are only available for certain times, please sign up as a floater and make a note of your availability in Charms. Let's get these spots filled to help this event run smoothly!

Volunteers also needed for the mattress sale Feb 24th. Sign up in Charms

Interest Poll for Spring Pictures

Huntsville High School Band wants to know if you would be interested in having a formal picture of your child taken in their concert uniform by a professional photographer.  We are trying to determine if there is enough interest in this service at this time.  Only 1 response per family/student please.  Deadline to respond is no later than Monday, January 29, 2024. Please respond to the poll with the link below:
Concert Uniform Picture Interest Survey (google.com)

Attention Senior Parents

Class of 2024 parents, you should have received an email from [email protected] this past Thursday or Friday with the topic: Band Banquet Video.  If you did not receive it, we may have the wrong contact information for you and need you to send an email to [email protected] with your Senior's full name.

Marching Uniform Collection Information

Marching season is officially over, therefore starting January 16, 2024 students may start returning their marching uniforms to the uniform committee. Only the following items should be returned:
Uniform Jacket
Gauntlets
Shako
Red or White garment bag
**Exception: Those individuals that were fitted for a marching uniform specifically for the London
Parade only, must return ALL items. To include bibbers and shoes. If these items are not
returned, the cost of these items will be charged to your Charms account.
Uniform jacket should be dry cleaned and dry-cleaning receipt should be pinned to the jacket. If no dry-cleaning receipt is attached, a $15 cleaning fee will be charged to the students charms account. Deadline to have all items returned is January 31, 2024.
Very important: DO NOT dry clean the gauntlets! Spot clean the gauntlets with a solution of mild detergent(woolite or non-chlorine stain removers) and water. They should NOT be fully immersed and they should NOT be dried in the dryer, but laid flat to air dry.
If additional items are returned, such as bibbers/shoes (see exception above), socks, dri-fit shirts and gloves; they will be returned to the student. The uniform committee does not accept these items as they are yours to keep and have been paid for via your Charms account. If your intention is to donate any of these items to an under classmen, that should be coordinated between individual parents. The uniform committed does not have the capacity to coordinate donated items at this time. Any question, please contact a member of the uniform committee at [email protected]

Adult volunteers can sign up to help with registration in Charms!  We need 10-13 adults helping at any one time! Please email Michelle McNabb if you have questions. [email protected]

Students can sign up using this sign up genius
https://www.signupgenius.com/go/70A084BA4A72DA0F85-46887872-allstate.
