Fee for one vendor space at HHS Marching Band First Annual Car Show at Milton Frank Stadium, Sept 9th, 2023 from 4pm to 8pm. Vendor space will be one standard automobile parking space. If more space is needed, please increase quantity accordingly.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK:
The undersigned Participant acknowledges that participation in a car show, either as a participant, volunteer, or employee, exposes the Participant to a serious risk of property damage and/or personal injury. Participant expressly acknowledges that his/her participation in the car show can involve such hazard. No refunds after paying registration fee. Event may be cancelled due to inclement weather with no refunds.
INDEMNITY AGREEMENT:
The undersigned, in consideration of accepting this entry, does hereby for himself/herself, heirs, executors, and administrators waive and release the organizers of Huntsville High School Marching Band Car Show, their officers, and all individual members therefore, and all other persons herein their representatives, executors, administrators, and assigns from any and all right, claim or liability for any kind of nature, that they might have. Further, I do hereby acknowledge that said release will extend to any accidents, damages, or claims arising out of my entry, caused by my own acts or acts of anyone or any animal within my care, custody, or control. I shall not now, or anytime in the future, directly or indirectly commence to prosecute any action, suit, or other proceeding against Huntsville High School Marching Band Car Show, Huntsville High School Band Boosters association, or Huntsville High School, its officers, or any individual member concerning, arising out of, or related to, that actions, causes or actions, claims, and demands hereby released by participant. The undersigned has read and voluntarily signs the release and indemnity agreement and further agrees that no oral representation, statements, or inducements apart from the foregoing written agreement have been made. I have read this document. I understand that purchase of this registration fee is a release of all claims. I voluntarily accept of the above provisions.
