Chaperones get in free and are strictly regulated to 1 chaperone for every 10 students. This includes adults such as truck drivers, photographers, medical needs, adult help moving equipment, etc. Tickets: Ticket price:$15 ($5 for ages 12 and under). Wristbands allow re-entry at anytime. Car Show - Saturday, Sept 9th detailed information for students Pep Bands We have a pep band that perform at the top of every hour starting at 4 pm with the last pep band at 7 pm. All students were told to sign up for 1 time spot, but are welcome to sign up for more. The pep band will perform for 15-20 minutes. Please make sure you are ready to start on time, so arrive earlier than your scheduled time. The pep band sign-up sheet for students is in the band room. Your student should know what time they signed up for! Marching Show Performance All Marching Band students should arrive by 7:15 pm. Some may be asked to come earlier to judge cars. They will have free hot dogs and kona ice available if you come early, but all food should be eaten prior to 7:15 pm. You may dress in the theme of the pep rally or wear school/band t shirts. Car Show - Saturday, Sept 9th The Huntsville High Band Car Show is Saturday, September 9th from 4:00-8:30 pm at Milton Frank Stadium. What can you do to help? Promote our car show on social media and encourage people to sign up! There may also be some volunteer opportunities to serve this day! Marching band students: Marching Band will be required to perform our halftime show at 8:00 pm this night in full uniform (call time at 7:00 pm). The performance is open to the public. We will also have volunteer pep bands performing every hour at the event. Sign ups coming soon. Students will help determine some prizes for the show. Wednesday- Off Thursday- Marching band rehearsal 4-6 pm Friday- Off Saturday: Marching percussion perform at Running of the Bulls 5k- arrive at 7:30 am. Meet at the greenway across the hwy from Hampton Cove (Tortora's parking lot). Khaki shorts and dry fit shirt. We plan to load all drums in the trailer on Friday and bring it Saturday morning. We should be done before 10 am. Car Show - Saturday, Sept 9th The Huntsville High Band Car Show is Saturday, September 9th from 4:00-8:30 pm at Milton Frank Stadium. What can you do to help? Promote our car show on social media and encourage people to sign up! There may also be some volunteer opportunities to serve this day! Marching band students: Marching Band will be required to perform our halftime show at 8:00 pm this night in full uniform (call time at 7:00 pm). The performance is open to the public.
